Little Dinghy at Mill Pond
Notes: Simply as it was built, this little 'punt' (more accurate than labeled a dinghy due to it's flat bow) served it's builder-owner for many years before succumbing when caught between the underside of a nearby pier and rising frozen wintry waters. A favored image reminiscent of Andrew Wyeth's works. |
