Notes: The popular Atlantic Beach is on the opposite side of the Intracoastal Waterway from Morehead City, NC - connected by a modern and beautiful 4 lane bridge. With ANY snow a rarity, the eight inches shown in this photo occurred in mid-February 2010 - and afforded this photographer an eight hour time period to travel with camera from Atlantic Beach to the fishing port Town of Atlantic, thirty-five miles to the north. |
